BigShop Shipping Policies : Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for shopping at BigShop.com.my. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policies. 

Domestic Shipping Policy
Good(s) will be ship out as soon as possible once we received you order, it might not be the same day as you placed order with us. BigShop will need 2-3 days to process your order, shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high traffic, festival seasons, public holidays or factors that are out of our control. We will contact you via email or phone call if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

  • Free Shipping within East & West Malaysia

  • Standard delivery period 7 - 20 business days after good(s) sent out

  • Order Processing Period; order handling period within 2 business day, parcel tracking code will be available within 3 business days


Delivery Estimations & Shipping Rates
Free shipping within East & West Malaysia, 7 - 20 working days excluding processing time. Order processing time 2-3 business days after you placed your order.

Orders will only be shipped out during business days, which are Monday - Friday. Shipment subject to business day, That might be delayed during festive seasons and public holidays

Business days are Monday - Friday, weekends and public holidays will not be included in shipping days.

Payment Information 
We accept Debit/Credit Card & payment through iPay88. Good(s) sold are not refundable.

Order confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation mail from BigShop once you have made your payment upon your order, tracking number will be available 3 business day after order been shipped out. 

Lost & Damages
BigShop.com.my will not be liable for any damaged or lost good(s) during shipping. If you received your order which is damaged or lost during shipment, please contact PosLaju Malaysia to file a claim.

Applicable when;

  • PosLaju Malaysia delivered parcel to wrong address or person as parcel has stated correct shipping details.
